This page came about to answer the perennial question of "where can I pass on computing equipment that I/my company/friends/ not longer want; preferrably to a charity/community place".
It is a list of places in the Sydney Metropolitan Area of NSW, Australia that I consider as "Charitable" or "Community" orientated; i.e. places that will take the equipment and use it in a way for the betterment of the community in general.
It is also fair to point out that some of these places may not want the equipment for the same reasons that you do not want it.
It is also fair to say that if it is broken, it is probably best to be honest and say it is only good for spare parts. These places are not recycling depots.
